For my 2021 advent calendar I have chosen the theme 'A Stitch In Time'. The colourways within the advent will be a representation of each hour of a 24 hour period.
This advent will be more of a gradient/fade style than last year's as the hours naturally flow and blend into one another but I won't commit to a true fade. I've also been busy searching for some fun little extras to include occasionally which I think you will enjoy. As I know I have customers who practice both knitting and crochet, I will be modifying the surprises so they are appropriate for your preferred interest. Please ensure you type your craft option into the custom text box when selecting your advent.
I have made the decision not to offer a 10g mini option this year but never fear, I will be offering a half advent instead. Those who choose this option will be able to select from a 'Day' or 'Night' set which will include 7am - 6pm and 7pm - 6am respectively.
Each full yarn advent will contain;

24 x 20g mini skeins, each inspired by an hour of the day.

100g skein designed to coordinate with the other yarns in the advent.

Some small (and not so small) extra surprises.
Each half yarn advent will contain;

12 x 20g mini skeins, each inspired by an hour of the day. You will be able to select from a 'Day' or 'Night' option.

Each full fibre advent will contain;

24 fibre packages (mostly 20g) inspired by an hour of the day. These will include several different fibres and fibre blends including some luxury fibres and preparations.

100g of top designed to coordinate with the other yarns in the advent.

Each half fibre advent will contain;

12 fibre packages (mostly 20g) inspired by an hour of the day. These will include several different fibres and fibre blends including some luxury fibres and preparations.

If you don't celebrate Christmas this advent is still completely suitable as I do not use Christmas themed packaging so you can use it for whatever celebration or count-down you wish.

The Pre-order for Yarn Advents will close at the end of July to allow time for ordering yarn, dyeing and postage.
Yarn Advents will be posted at the start of November to ensure they arrive in time for the start of December.
Additional items purchased in the same transaction will be posted with your Advent. If you would like to have additional items posted separately please complete separate transactions.
If you wish to have an advent sent outside Australia please be aware that postage times may be significantly longer than usual. I am unable to post your orders earlier than local orders so it is possible that you may not receive your advent prior to the start of December even with Express Post. The more frequent International locations (NZ, USA, UK) are already set up in my postage options but if your country is not available please use the contact form below to request a quote.
